Our products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items We take full responsibility for defective or incorrect products. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@ubbu.io with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item showing the issue

We will offer a free reprint or a full refund, at your choice.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@ubbu.io before the 14-day period expires. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@ubbu.io.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
